Production Brewer

We’re on the hunt for a passionate and hands-on Production Brewer to join our team. If you love craft beer, have an eye for detail, and are excited to learn the ropes of professional brewing, this could be your perfect next step.

What you’ll be doing:

• All aspects of the brewing process – from milling and mashing to fermentation 

• Keeping the brewery clean, safe, and organised

• Monitoring brews and recording data accurately

• Running the  centrifuge

• Cellar work- transfers, dry hopping, yeast pitching and quality checks

• CIP of brewing equipment

• Conduct basic maintenance on machinery and equipment

• R&D opportunities 

• Working with packaging team

• Some general brewing lab work

What we’re looking for:

• A genuine passion for craft beer and brewing

• Brewing experience

• Willingness to get stuck in with physical work – lifting, cleaning, and being on your feet

• A team player who’s reliable, curious, and works collaboratively
