From a few tables with your favourite people to taking over a whole section of the pub, our team can help pull together a function that feels relaxed, easy and properly looked after.

FAQ
Free hire with function food packages
40 - 100 people groups
No venue hire fee for bookings with food packages listed in the function packages document.
For bookings with no function food packages (as stated in the document), private hire is
unavailable.
$500 deposit required to secure booking. Deposit will be credited toward food packages
Food Packages
Tailored and premium function packages are available as outlined in
the Functions Pack.
Due to seasonal, availability and time constraints, food
outlined in the pack is subject to change.
Full payment must be received and confirmed by Lager House accounts no
less than 10 days prior to the event. No food will be served prior to receipt of full payment.
Failure to provide full payment may result in booking cancellation. Delayed payments may also result in change of menu due to ordering and notice.
Required Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to secure the date. This amount is
credited toward the total minimum spend.
AV
The space does have AV and may be used for presentations or backdrop pending suitability. Please discuss with Functions Coordinator if you need AV.
For private Enclosed Bookings, the Venue reserves the right to control the volume of the TV unit and music to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and the comfort of other patrons.
Lawn Access
During summer months, the lawns serve as a great extension to your function space. Weather permitting, our team will have the area open for your guests to spill out and enjoy the sunshine
All function bookings are allocated 2 hours.
Extensions are subject to management approval and venue availability. Fees
may apply for extended occupation of the space.

Lager House is a strictly card-only venue. Cash is not
accepted.
Beverage Packages
Lager House does not have specific packages, however speak to our staff about what you'd like the bar tab to include/exclude
Private Hire
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event date will
result in the forfeiture of the $500.00 deposit.
Large Groups
Reductions in guest numbers or cancellations should be
communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Our talented Chefs are dedicated to providing all guests with delicious meals that cater to their dietaries. If there are guests with dietaries not accounted for in the packages, please discuss with your Function Coordinator what options may be available.
We do our best to accommodate all dietaries but please bear with us as we curate options from availability and kitchen capabilities.
