FAQ
Lager House
40 - 100 people. No venue hire fee for bookings with food packages listed in the function packages document.
$500 deposit required to secure booking. Deposit will be credited toward food packages
Taproom
Up to 100 people. No venue hire fee however a minimum expenditure of $2,000.00 is required for all Private Courtyard bookings.
100% of the minimum spend must be applied toward a bar tab for beverages consumed on-site. The minimum spend cannot be used for food, merch or takeaway products.
Required Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to secure the date. This amount is credited toward the total minimum spend.
AV
Taproom AV: Yes
Lager House AV: No
The Taproom has free AV for private Courtyard bookings. Please advise Function Coordinator if you require access to the TVs.
The Venue reserves the right to control the volume of the TV unit and music to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and the comfort of other patrons.
All function bookings are allocated 2 hours.
Extensions are subject to management approval and venue availability. Fees
may apply for extended occupation of the space.
Payment Method
Sort out the drinks for your function with our easy bar tabs.
Let us know the amount, what you'd like included and pay on the day at the bar.
Capital Brewing Co venues are strictly card-only venue. Cash is not accepted.
Beverage Packages
While we don't provide beverage packages, we can tailor what's included in the bar tab.
Speak to your Function Coordinator about what you'd like the bar tab to include/exclude.
Private Hire
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event date will
result in the forfeiture of the $500.00 deposit.
Large Groups
Reductions in guest numbers or cancellations should be
communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Lager House Catering
Tailored and premium function packages are available as outlined in
the Functions Pack.
Due to seasonal, availability and time constraints, food
outlined in the pack is subject to change.
Full payment must be received and confirmed by Lager House accounts no
less than 10 days prior to the event. No food will be served prior to receipt of full payment.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD TO BE BROUGHT ON PREMISES.
Failure to provide full payment may result in booking cancellation. Delayed payments may also result in change of menu due to ordering and notice.
Taproom Catering
BROD Burger has catering packages available for purchase.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD TO BE BROUGHT ON PREMISES.
The spend at BROD Burger does not attribute to the $2,000 minimum expenditure for the private use of the Courtyard.
Dietaries
Our talented Chefs at Lager House are dedicated to providing all guests with delicious meals that cater to their dietaries. If there are guests with dietaries not accounted for in the packages, please discuss with your Function Coordinator what options may be available.
We do our best to accommodate all dietaries but please bear with us as we curate options from availability and kitchen capabilities.
