Introduction

Capital Brewing Co is one of Australia’s largest independently owned and B-corp certified craft breweries and has been making award-winning Good Natured Brews from its Canberra brewery and taproom since 2017. 

We are dedicated to making great beer with an uncompromising focus on quality; We all love what we do, work hard, and have fun doing it. 

We’re opening an exciting new venue in February, and we’re looking for a visionary Head Chef to join us from October to lead the charge.

Job Description

This is a rare opportunity to:

• Create and design a standout menu that reflects your culinary style

We’re looking for:

• A strong leader with a passion for mentoring and developing people

• A creative, driven chef with proven experience in menu development

• Knowledge of overseeing kitchen operations including rostering, costs and compliance

• Someone who thrives in the fast-paced excitement of opening a new venue
