Terms and Conditions - Capital Brewing Byrne Surfboard Promotion

Eligibility
The Capital Brewing Byrne Surfboard Promotion ("Promotion") is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older, who have purchased a Capital Brewing product in the participating venues and have entered as per the entry requirements. -
How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, participants must: -
Purchase any Capital Brewing product from a participating venue during the promotion period.

Complete the entry form provided at the participating venue.

Place the completed entry form in the designated entry box at the participating venue.

Promotion Period
The Promotion will be running across a series of dates guided by each participating venue. The end date of the promotion in each venue is outlined on the venue point of sale. Winners for each promotion will be drawn after this date. All entries must be submitted within this time frame to be eligible. -
Prize
One (1) prize consisting of a Byrne Surfboard valued at AUD $1,100 will be awarded to the winner of each promotion. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other item. -
Winner Selection
Winners will be drawn at random at the end of each promotion period by Capital Brewing. The draw will take place after the end date of the promotion. -
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by Capital Brewing via email and or phone depending on the information provided in the entry form. The winner will be notified twice: -
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the second attempt, Capital Brewing reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Claiming the Prize
The winner will be required to claim the prize by providing valid identification and completing any necessary documentation required by Capital Brewing. The prize must be claimed within 7 days of notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this period, Capital Brewing reserves the right to award the prize to a new winner. -
General Conditions

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third parties, including the surfboard manufacturer.

By entering this Promotion, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Capital Brewing reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with the entry requirements or are submitted fraudulently.

Capital Brewing reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this Promotion at its sole discretion.

Liability
Capital Brewing is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from the use or enjoyment of the prize. By participating in the Promotion, participants release Capital Brewing from any liability arising out of the Promotion. -
Privacy
By entering the Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with Capital Brewing’s privacy policy. Personal information will be used only for the purposes of conducting this Promotion and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. -
