It's often said that to drink a beer you must dance with the devil, but ALC-LESS also loves to get down!

Hops: Mosaic, Motueka, Simcoe, CRYO, Citra & Spalter Select
- ALC-LESS uses a special yeast strain called
LA-01. This produces low to no alcohol
content as part of the fermentation process. - The combination of using the LA-01 yeast and
brewing a light style beer has allowed us to
create a beer that lands below 0.5% ABV. - ALC-LESS is Dry Hopped Cold which results
in a full flavoured, beer with notes of
passionfruit and apricot whilst keeping ABV
levels down. - ALC-LESS is pasteurised to ensure a balanced
and low ABV product that can travel
unrefrigerated and is not at risk of
re-fermentation.
