Terms and Conditions – Summer Comp

Capital Brewing Co URBNSURF Competition – Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter: The promoter of the Capital Brewing Co Winter competition is: Capital Brewing Co, located at Building 3/1 Dairy Rd, Fyshwick ACT 2609.
  2. Eligibility:
    • The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and older.
    • Employees of Capital Brewing Co and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this competition.
  3. Competition Period: The competition commences on November 1, 2024, and ends on November 31, 2024. The competition period shall be referred to as the “Competition Period.”
  4. Entry Requirements:
    • To enter the competition, participants must:
      • Visit the competition entry form at https://capitalbrewing.co/summercomp/
      • Fill out the entry form, including providing their email address, phone number, and name.
      • Upload a photo featuring any Capital Brewing Co beer with the participant featured.
    • Each participant may enter as many times as they wish during the Competition Period.
  5. Winner Selection:
    • Capital Brewing Co will select one winner at the end of the Competition Period.
    • The winning entry will be chosen at the discretion of Capital Brewing Co based on the creativity, quality, and relevance of the photo.
    • The decision of Capital Brewing Co is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. Prizes:
    • One winner will receive Capital Brewing Co. Summer Prize pack including: A limited edition Capital x Pat Rogasch Tee, A Capital x Pat Rogasch Trucker Hat and Capital Brewing Co. Mixed Case. Tee sizes are subject to availability.
    • The total prize value for each winner is $170 (RRP).
  7. Notification of Winners:
    • Winners will be notified via email or phone. The winners will be contacted throughout the promotion period and will be drawn weekly/fortnightly.
    • Winners must respond within 5 days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
    • The prizes will be shipped within 14 days of the winner being notified. We do not take responsibility for lost, damaged or late post, beyond submitting the order to AusPost.
  8. General Conditions:
    • The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
    • Capital Brewing Co reserves the right to use the winning photos for promotional and marketing purposes.
    • By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  9. Privacy:
    • Personal information collected during the competition will be used in accordance with Capital Brewing Co’s privacy policy.
    • Photos uploaded by participants will be used for further promotion of the competition.
    • Your data will be collected from the entry form and stored securely. This data may be shared with Applejack Hospitality. By entering this competition you acknowledge this.
    • By signing up to this competition you agree to sign up to our mailing list. The mailing list can be unsubscribed from at any time.
  10. Disqualification: Capital Brewing Co reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or violates these terms and conditions.
  11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
