How much does Shipping Cost?
East Coast – $10 Flat Fee
Everywhere Else – $15 Flat Fee
How long will it take me to get my order?
East Coast Metro: 2-3 days | East Coast Rural: 3-5 days | WA, NT, TAS, SA: 3-10 days
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to package your order.
Can I ship to a PO box?
Unfortunately we only ship to street addresses currently.
Where is my order being shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our brewery in Fyshwick, Australian Capital Territory.
I ordered an item but I haven’t received it, where is it?
If you are have having issues with your order confirmation email not coming through, tracking information or you think your package has been lost please fill out this form and we’ll rectify any issues to get your froths to you!
Can I return an item if I don’t like it?
Merch – If you’ve changed your mind about an item of clothing we can accept a return within 30 days of purchase if the item has not been damaged or excessively worn (stains, dirt, visible wear etc). Change of Mind on merch items will incur a $5 restocking fee (deducted from your total refund amount) and you will be asked to ship the item back to us at your expense. Refunds will be issued when the item has arrived with us. Your initial Shipping Fee will not be refunded.
Please fill out this form and include your order number and what item you would like to return. We will ask for a photo of the current condition of the item so we can assess if it can be returned for a refund. If we receive a returned item that has been damaged we will not issue a refund and will contact you in regard to its condition.
If an item has arrived damaged or you received the wrong size/item please contact us so we can organize a replacement at no extra cost.
Beer – If your beer isn’t tasting how you expected please fill out this form with your order number, the batch number (located on the bottom of the can) and a description of the taste so we can determine the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund.
I want to order a keg, can I do that?
Unfortunately we don’t supply kegs to individuals.
