BIG DROP – DOUBLE

An old Capital Brewing favourite brought back in Pilot form. Double the amount of hops in our Rock Hopper added in the boil then we double dry hopped it to the max. The first dry hop consisted of Simcoe, Amarillo, and Mosiac to give you that classic west coast IPA aroma. Second Dry hop we threw in way too much Idaho 7, a hop coming out of America. Tangerine, orange peel, sticky pine, and dank resin fill your nose from the first smell. There is a long bitter finish that coats the mouth for long enough to make you want to drink another sip. Orange sherbet, green melon, pine and lime coat the mouth and leave you wanting more.
