This beer was brewed with the last runnings of our batch 1000 Barleywine. Rather than dumping it down the drain we collected a few hundred litres added some zesty hops it and pitched some Belgian yeast into it. Fruity esters from the yeast are complemented by an array of hops which delicately balance out this IPA.
