Everyones knows old boy – catch him in the line at the pub and he’ll tell you about the time he caught a 5 metre black marlin with nothing but a wooden dinghy, some rope and his left hand. Boiled for over 2 hours to deliver a devilishly smooth mouthfeel – caramel and toffee are big players in this big beer. Hop additions of centennial, columbus and chinook give a delightful hit of citrus and pine on the nose and in your cakehole.
