Capital Brewing Co “Win Coast Ale This Summer” Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter of the “Win Coast Ale This Summer” competition is Capital Brewing Co, located at Building 3/1 Dairy Rd, Fyshwick ACT 2609.
2. Eligibility:
   • The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and older.
   • Employees of Capital Brewing Co and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this competition.
3. Competition Period: The competition commences on November 1, 2023, and ends on December 30, 2023. The competition period shall be referred to as the “Competition Period.”
4. Entry Requirements:
   • To enter the competition, participants must:
     • Visit the competition entry form at https://capitalbrewing.co/wincoast/
     • Fill out the entry form, including providing their email address, phone number, and name.
     • Upload a photo featuring any Capital Brewing Co beer with the participant featured.
   • Each participant may enter as many times as they wish during the Competition Period.
5. Winner Selection:
   • Capital Brewing Co will select one winner each day during the Competition Period.
   • The winning entry will be chosen at the discretion of Capital Brewing Co based on the creativity, quality, and relevance of the photo.
   • The decision of Capital Brewing Co is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prizes:
   • Each daily winner will receive the following prizes:
     • A Case of Coast Ale
     • A Limited Edition Coast Ale Shirt
     • A Limited Edition Coast Ale Hat
   • The total prize value for each winner is $142.00 (RRP).
7. Notification of Winners:
   • Winners will be notified via email or phone. The winners will be contacted on the Monday of each week of the competition.
   • Winners must respond within 5 days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
   • The prizes will be shipped within 14 days of the winner being notified. We do not take responsibility for lost, damaged or late post, beyond submitting the order to AusPost.
8. General Conditions:
   • The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
   • Capital Brewing Co reserves the right to use the winning photos for promotional and marketing purposes.
   • By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
9. Privacy:
   • Personal information collected during the competition will be used in accordance with Capital Brewing Co’s privacy policy.
   • Photos uploaded by participants will be used for further promotion of the competition.
10. Disqualification: Capital Brewing Co reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or violates these terms and conditions.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
