TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
Capital Brewing Co ABN 71 610 788 317
Building 3, 1 Dairy Road Fyshwick ACT 2609.
2. Entrants
This competition is open to Australian residents who are over 18 year of age at the time of entry. Employees of Capital Brewing Co and immediate family members are not eligible to enter this competition.
Entry into the competition means that the entrant warrants that he or she meets the entry requirements and accepts these terms and conditions.
3. Time Frame
The competition starts at 9AM Tuesday the 1st of November 2022 and finishes at 5PM Saturday 31st December 2022. Submissions will close 5PM Saturday 31st December 2022. The draws will be conducted and winners announced at Building 3/1 Dairy Rd Fyshwick ACT 2609 at 10AM every Monday from the 14th of November 2022 until the 2nd January 2023.
4. Entries
Entries can be submitted by uploading a photo of any Capital Brewing Co beer to http://capitalbrewing.co/winxpa between the 1st of November 2022 and finishes at 5PM Saturday 31st December 2022. Winners will be chosen by chance draw each Monday from 14th of November through to 2nd January 2023 and winners will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted over a period of 7 days a redraw will occur at 11AM the Monday after the original draw.
5. Costs and expenses
Capital Brewing Co will be responsible for shipping cost of the prize to Australian addresses only. Any winners to the local ACT area will also have the option of collecting their prize from Capital Brewing Co’s brewery at Building 3, 1 Dairy Road Fyshwick ACT 2609.
6. Disqualification
The promoter has the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where you reasonably suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as if there has been a breach of the competition terms and conditions.
7. Privacy
Any personal information the promoter receives will complies with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act.
8. Notification
Winners will be contacted by email on the day of each draw.
9. Prize
8 prizes of 12 cases of Capital Brewing Co XPA. 1 prize will be supplied per winner over the promotional period. Each winner will receive 3 cases of Capital Brewing Co XPA per month over a 4 month period from the date when drawn a winner. Prizes are subject to conditions imposed by the promoter as displayed on www.capitalbrewing.co
